 Virkelig flot basischampagne udelukkende fra Grand Cru marker. Sprød, frisk og mineralsk Champagne med toner af grønne æbler, citrus og lyst brød. Til rå eller råmarineret fisk.
90point i Parkers Wine Advocate: "The NV Brut Grand Cru emerges from the glass with smoke, minerals and graphite. The wine shows lovely focus and balance in a taut, steely style. The finish is long pure and crystalline. This is classic Chardonnay from the Cotes des Blancs. The wine can be enjoyed today, but it will be even better in another year or two. This is a very strong effort at the NV level. Varnier-Fanniere-s Grand Cru is 100% Chardonnay 1/3 each Avize, Oger and Cramant,"
